@BeeNetwork would love to know why my parents have to jump through so many hoops to renew my sister's disabled adult bus pass that she's had for 20 years?

❌️ dehumanising conversations around disability with people who aren't trained properly to discuss it.

❌️ without an advocate, this process would be impossible for my sister, and I imagine for lots of people who need a bus pass.
