1) get students to come.
2) be in the stands to help keep energy up.
The athletics department also has to be willing to shell out for things like free shirts and other specific incentives for them.

@GioMoceriWXOU I agree with him but I also think the powers that be need to do more to get students in the seats. For example, no signage to even indicate that is the student section. I see students sitting in the chair backs. Advertisement to students is minuscule.

@HLfanMatt Projected starters based solely on my observations:
Brody, Nassim, Marshall, Buru, Hogue.
Though i could see this changing slightly from game to game.

@HLfanMatt 1. Very deep team with a lot of athletes. No Hogue (“Minor” injury. Was there but didn’t practice) or younger Mashour brother (class). Got a pretty good look at everyone else

@HLfanMatt 3. Shooting was a bit sporadic and there were some defensive mistakes that Kampe stopped the scrimmage for.

Nassim looking much stronger and more confident.

Brody will run the offense well.

Marshall: great cutter and will thrive at the top of the zone. Good length and quick hands
Thurman: very athletic guard who can really attack the basket
Garrett: long, good finisher, solid rim protector
