I am on a 1176 day streak with Teacher Tapp with over 8000 questions answered in that time.
It is the answers that make good CLPL and getting the views of thousands of educators.
If you haven’t used it, now might be the time to give it a go https://t.co/LDqvH2kTZv
Just giving this an end of term bump...If you are a secondary teacher in Scotland, please take a moment to fill out my (short and anonymous!) questionnaire regarding standardised testing. Please share link and RT. #strathEdD

A great session with Dr Sharon Hunter on Literature work. A great chance to talk things through with fellow #StrathEdD students and others. Such a wide range of stages on the journey but the destination is still the same… @UniStrathclyde
🍰 Thank you to @MrDrummondMaths for organising the first ‘Dale Communitea’ event, @ArmadaleMaths for supplying the cakes and the barista students for the coffee! There were empty plates and smiling faces around the staffroom! 👏🏻 💜@ArmadaleAcademy#Community#FridayFun
Making Every Lesson Count: Six Principles to Support Great Teaching and Learning by @shaun_allison & @atharby is a superb book I often revisit.
Here are the 6 key principles that link to desirable difficulties as well as providing support & challenge for all (not just some!) 👏
An absolute pleasure to act as timekeeper at @ArmadaleAcademy tonight as some of the best debaters take to the floor. An absolute inspiration showing confidence, clear thinking and criticality. I was in awe 👏
Loving a productive #StrathEdD evening getting ready for supervision on Wednesday. And then booked a EDT to Dublin for a day at Easter. #Balance@forestapp_cc@StrathEDU
#StrathEdD - whilst doing some reading around my methods of narrative research, it really hit me on the importance of stories - whether that’s our own, others or the ones that we have been told. Do you have a favourite story?
Practitioner Enquiry Tip of the Week: show your working out. We're getting better at valuing process as well as outcomes of practitioner enquiry. The metacognition of understanding how you learned that thing shouldn't be underestimated /1🧵

So after 6 months off on voluntary suspension, today was the day that I delved back into my #StrathEdD. I opened my emails, my journal, emailed supervisors and got a few papers to read.
Anyone been in the same boat? What's your tips for getting back to it?
@cijane02 I’d say that there is a distinct lack of recognition with the profession on the need for this stuff. I’ve dabbled with a few in house CLPL sessions on this and the responses I get are nearly always towards the “we don’t think about this enough”.
I don’t know if it’s a done thing - but what do you do when you can’t access an international journal article and your institution isn’t listed? There is no option to buy. Any Australian scholars following me? #StrathEdD
Do we like it if we purchase/borrow books and they have already been highlighted or noted upon? I used to hate it but I now quite like the ability to see what someone else seems important. #StrathEdD#EdD#phdchat#phdlife
