I immediately contacted the service center, however I was informed that no spare charger is available, and the expected waiting time for a replacement charger is nearly one month.

Extremely disappointed with @OlaElectric service.
In just 4 months, my Ola S1 pro charger stopped working. I even have video proof.
Shockingly, the service center has NO charger in reserve, and they’re asking me to wait 1 MONTH for a replacement.

Should I keep my scooter in stationary mode for a month?
I urgently need a charger for daily & emergency work — everything is stuck because of this poor support.
This is unacceptable from a so-called EV leader.
Please resolve ASAP.
