@StagecoachMids Your 10:15 #82 @ Millisons Wood wasn’t running either on 11/09/23 - why was that? Students were stranded trying to get to Solihull College / Solihull 6th Form and missed lessons

@TransportForWM @CllrDicicco @DianeEHowell1 @SolihullCouncil @iancourts01 @bhatti_saqib yet again, Stagecoach 82 bus service from Millisons Wood to Solihull has failed again to arrive at 10:15 and take my son to @SolihullCollege for lectures. Had to report the same issue 09/01/23

@Iancourts01 @bhatti_saqib this is a perfect example of how Solihull rural communities are being cut off from access to towns and cities through inadequate public transport links. An hourly bus service that doesn’t turn up for up to 2-3 hours is ridiculous.

This is the third time I have reported it now for the same reason (08/12, 09/01 and today) and not received a response from @TransportForWM. This is a terrible hourly service that we pay for and is affecting my sons attendance at college.

This happened during December also (reported / tweeted 08/12 specifically), but has also failed to arrive at Solihull Train station for the return journey on numerous occasions at either 15:00 or 16:00. Abysmal service offering.

@SolihullCouncil @HighwaysWMIDS @DianeEHowell1 @CllrDicicco when is Solihull Rd planned to reopen as it was meant to reopen Dec 2022 originally. The diversions in place are getting ridiculous and adding greater times to commuting and increased traffic and risks down rural roads

A lot of un communicated cancellations during the day also (between 1-3) means that students are left waiting for buses for up to 3 hours.
