A great power has a broader reach and might have the ability to challenge superpowers in some areas.

@Sol3Tom @Glenn_Diesen Well.. the truth is international law wouldn´t prevent the Donbass people to be rollover by the NATO/Ukrainian army massing around Donetsk in 2022.
The Russian army is still there fighting them, so one can only imagine what would be if those people were left defenseless...
