These clowns had no plan, other than saying starting January 2028 new games on disc will be dead.

Rather than coming out with a full and complete game plan for how they will improve the PlayStation Store refund policy, make sure gamers never lose access to their huge library of games by providing tools / resources for backing up and archiving the games they paid for offline.

An external USB Blu-ray drive for the next generation console (PS6) so PS4 & PS5 discs and even Blu-ray movies & TV shows can be played. Smaller availability of games physically but not completely gone... Nope none of those things.

People don't trust SONY PlayStation to manage an all digital platform fairly and responsibly! They didn't before and they certainly don't now.
