Letting your freak flag fly has gone way too far.

We used to say “clown world” as a joke. Then people started dressing like actual clowns, posting it, and the internet clapped. The bit got too real.

Used to be if you walked around looking like this, people assumed the circus was in town. Now the circus is permanent and we’re all just buying tickets by scrolling.

Used to be a dad’s biggest worry was the neighborhood or the school. Now it’s whether the phone is going to serve up a full clown performance before breakfast and call it normal. I’m just trying to keep the boys grounded while the circus runs the timeline.

🚨 Eight adults were arrested on charges including rape, incest, human trafficking and child abuse.

Seven children, including a 1-year-old, were removed from a home where investigators found feces and urine smeared across floors and stairs.

📍 Richmond, Kentucky

Police say 15 people were living inside the residence, including seven children ages 1 to 17, along with 10 dogs and a cat.

Court documents describe deplorable conditions, with insects throughout the home and one officer reportedly struggling to breathe inside.

But the allegations go far beyond the living conditions.

Richard Carter, 45, and Green Schindler, 63, each face first-degree rape and human trafficking charges. Schindler is also charged with first-degree sodomy and incest.

Sarah Carter, 28, and Mark and Matthew Brumbaugh, both 30, face incest charges. Other defendants face criminal abuse-related charges.

All seven children have been placed in the care of Social Services.

What deserves further investigation is how long these children were living in those conditions and whether anyone had raised concerns before police intervened.

🚨 90 YEARS IN PRISON: A former gymnastics coach who secretly filmed at least 10 young girls undressing and using the bathroom at their gym has received the maximum federal sentence.

📍 Purvis, Mississippi

Sean Gardner, 39, pleaded guilty to three counts of producing child sexual abuse material after investigators discovered recordings made with a hidden camera inside a gymnastics studio bathroom between 2017 and 2018.

On October 14, a federal judge sentenced him to three consecutive 30-year prison terms.

According to an FBI affidavit, investigators recovered approximately 50 videos and 400 photographs from Gardner’s residence. Some of the children were younger than 12.

But the disturbing part of this case isn’t limited to what investigators found. It’s how long concerns about this coach had been circulating.

Parents and a former employer raised concerns about Gardner’s behavior with gymnastics authorities years before his arrest.

Gardner later coached at the prominent Chow’s Gymnastics and Dance Institute in Iowa, where former students made additional sexual misconduct allegations.

He was suspended in 2022 and arrested by the FBI in 2025.

Those separate Iowa allegations have not resulted in criminal charges.

Gardner has now been sentenced to 90 years. The larger accountability question is whether earlier warnings could have prevented more children from being placed at risk.
