Why I Think Airdrops Are Not Going Anywhere, But Will Be Reformed.

In a space where there is too much extraction and less injection and infusion, everything becomes boring

Now, a reset needs to happen. It is history, it is right there. Too much extraction will chase away users.
Now you have to make them want to come back. Or even if they won't be back, new ones will join the band wagon

Now what do you do?
We have energy drains
Zero value
What do you do?
You click RESET.

There are various ways you can click reset. When price has been going high and higher, you have to bring it lower to attract value again

When something becomes overvalued, loss of interests begins to sip in. Stagnation and selling begins to take place.

Now when this is happening in an ecosystem like crypto, you have to reduce the incentives.
You have to let everything free fall.

Now it might look like everything is going to zero. Relax, it is just value finding it's level.

Now, new stories are introduced.
New purpose
New rewards
New incentives

Make eveything look attractive to make people return. Reward the returners.
Ecosystem feels alive again

Then boom, it happens over again, and again, and again
It is a cycle that will keep on repeating itself

There will always be incentives in this ecosystem. The mode at which it is being dispersed might just change

Do not leave, for this ecosystem always rewards die-hard fans and people who provide value.
