Good morning you gorgeous people. The big day has arrived. The Unite the Kingdom March in London. I was at the last one when I took this photo. It was a perfect day of individuals and families coming together and having a great day out. There was fun, laughter and a really great time was had by all. I’m looking forward to the same again today. Do be careful though. Not of fellow marchers, but of the police. After two years of pro terrorist supporters marching every single week in London, whilst threatening Jews and non Muslims, where the police gave them nice little cuddles and let them do and say whatever they wanted with their threats of violence; today, the police are desperate to arrest British people. Do not give them any cause to. They may smile at you as you pass them, but they are not on your side. They hate you and want you behind bars. So be very careful. Have a fantastic day and if you see me, wave! Cheers 🥂
I’ve just come to bed and as I lie here in my boat on the canal, there’s a beautiful silence, but then there’s a tapping to my side and slightly down. I listen, then look out of my bedroom window to see three ducks nibbling my bottom. You don’t get that living in a house.
I was woken this morning at 1:45am to the sound of breaking glass and then the sound of an outboard boat engine heading away. My youngest daughter lives in a narrowboat that is moored alongside mine here in London. As I got up to see what was going on, my phone went and it was her. She had woken to someone smashing her bedroom window with a hammer, two feet from her head as she slept. She was covered in glass. Her bed was covered in glass. I rushed around and her window was completely smashed. It will have taken them several attempts to smash the whole window out as they had. Everywhere was glass. On my daughter, on the bed. Everywhere. She called the police in tears and badly shaken and they told her they weren’t going to bother coming out as it had happened now and that was that. She got a crime reference number. A young woman in London has her bedroom window smashed in the middle of the night as she sleeps and the police aren’t interested. I need to tell you all; it is essential that you realise that we do not have a police service in this country. It is essential that you realise that and take measures as I am doing, to protect yourself and your family. You will not receive help from the police. I am not now going to rant about who I believe they are here to protect, but it certainly isn’t decent, working people like my daughter. I’m incredibly proud of my daughter who is of course, very, very shaken up. This was an horrendous incident but with a bloke smashing her bedroom window in as she slept, I don’t need to explain that it could have been far worse. I could not despise the police more. They’re not fit to wear a uniform. I shall ensure that anyone who harms my family will be far less healthy than they began the day. I’m really angry. I’ve spent the night emptying the millions of glass shards from my daughter’s duvet, sheets and pillowcases. Her head was within two feet of where someone with a hammer was smashing in her bedroom window. I’ve boarded up the window to make it secure. Take care out there people. You are alone when this happens. Ensure you can protect yourself. It’s all you have. There is no support and no backup. Please realise that and take action to defend yourself and your family.
Yep. It happened slowly and now it’s happening very fast that the vermin have realised that there is no risk to them and massive rewards. They can help themselves to anything they like with total immunity from consequences. I wish we had a police force and a government, but we don’t
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE OUT IN PUBLIC IN CENTRAL LONDON! Was stood waiting to cross the road at corner Marble Arch and Oxford Street just now and turned to see bloke on very fast electric bike heading up behind me. I turned and he turned away. I stood and watched as it was obvious what was going to happen next and sure enough, he snatched the phone of a young woman stood at the bus stop. Then off down Oxford Street for more. Face fully covered. If we had a police force in London this could easily be stopped, but instead, dozens of people a day have their lives made shit by these vermin. I’m in a shop writing this. Put your phone away on the streets. Take care. Be safe.
A lamp, chimneys and tv aerial. Wandering around Belgravia, London today and as I walked through this mews and looked up, I really liked this view. So I took a photograph.
Corner shop, Belgravia, London. Everything looks better in the sunshine and although I’ve walked by here numerous times before, today I just really loved the light and the shadows. A boring street scene maybe, but I like it.
If you have an event without a professional photographer, did it even happen? I photograph many events across London and beyond, for individuals and businesses. It means you can relax and enjoy the party, safe in the knowledge that you’ll get all the photos that you love. This was an event at @VilladiGeggiano in Chiswick.
@MClaudeHawkes@London_W4 A very good friend moved to East Anglia from East London to escape the new influx, he called it ‘moving your deckchair further up the beach’ 🤣
In a pub this evening in Hackney and as I stood at the bar to order my glass of wine, a bloke on a barstool asked if I’d tried their pea flavoured vodka. “As it happens, I haven’t” I replied. Well you should, said he and slid a glass of it along the bar to me. I sipped away at it and declared it to be most pleasant and indeed, pea flavoured. It’s locally made it turns out. The barmaid showed me the bottle. I’d never heard of pea flavoured vodka, nor have I seen vodka served in a wine bottle. Tonight, I have broadened my horizons though and my mind. Cheers 🥂
