It's not just NOAA, NASA, or the UK Met Office. Agencies worldwide follow the same playbook: cool the past, warm the present, and declare a crisis.

Take Switzerland's Meteo-Schweiz. This chart (video) shows the number of summer days in Zurich since 1901, defined as any day with a maximum temperature of at least 25C, 77F.

In the original dataset, top chart, before Meteo-Schweiz made its adjustments, the 1940s stand out as a notably hot stretch. The summer of 1947 alone had close to a hundred such days, but in the homogenized dataset, bottom chart, that same summer is rewritten to show barely 60 summer days.

Cooling the past in this way creates a modern warming trend that wasn't there before. With this adjustment, a new manufactured modern warming trend appears.

Agencies admit to adjusting the data to supposedly account for station moves, equipment changes, etc. But the result is always the same. The past is cooled, the present is warmed, and a clear-up trend is created.

The inconvenient heat of the 1910s-1950s has been scrubbed globally. This is data manipulation.

Germany's worst floods occurred centuries ago.

Hydrological records show the most extreme floods in Germany's main river basin occurred long before industrialization.

The highest flood on record in Würzburg was in 1342, aka the Magdalenenflut. It crested at 10 meters (32.8 feet), dwarfing modern events.

Other major floods here include 9.28 m in 1784, 8.34 m in 1845, and 7.6 m in 1909. The best the modern era has managed is 6.48 m in 2003.

While over in Münden, where the Werra and Fulda rivers join, stone flood marks tell the same story. The highest levels were in 1342, 1643, 1552 and 1682.

The evidence is carved into stone and measured in records. Europe's greatest floods came centuries before human industrialization.
