On Saturday night, we welcomed one of our newest fan, Mason, to Cap Ice. Earlier this month in Green Bay, our players saw a cancer survivor in the stands and gave him a stick on their way off of the ice that night. That's where we met Mason.

Mason and his dad made it to their first Caps home game on Saturday night to cheer on the team. Our staff upgraded them to a suite for the third period. Following the game, Nolen Geerdes and Caleb Heil stopped by the suite to sign the stick that they gave him in Green Bay and celebrate the win.

Recently, Mason got some great news in the form of a complete remission diagnosis, so even more reason to celebrate! Looking forward to seeing Mason and his family at more games for years to come!
