America's biggest problem is the Jeiwsh Zionist control of our government.
Right-Wing influencers are sold out.
We're tired of the propaganda.
We will never be truly free until we tell Israel to screw off.
But... why can't we all unite and take back our country??
@ProudSocialist@marxseventh It doesn't matter. Everyone knows that she claims to have been raped or else she wouldn't be talking to the police. The police's job is to gather her version of FACTS, not conclusory opinions. The police did this.
@ProudSocialist Conclusory opinions are not evidence, much less smoking guns. It doesn't matter what her retroactive opinion is. what matters is the facts that she says happened. The opinions of the fraternity brother downstairs won't come into evidence because its irrelevant.
🚨 #BREAKING: Anonymous White House staff are saying Trump is regretting the decision to strike Iran for Israel, having assumed being a wartime president would result in the 80%+ approval ratings GWB received. He now feels stuck, with approval ratings at 29% and rapidly falling.
@Sitblackandobs1@Perez94Ie@BadMoodMorgado That has nothing to do with "informed consent". If she didn't want to have sex with some guy, simply tell him, and don't have sex with him. This is what happened. There is no allegation that anyone forced her.
@Perez94Ie@BadMoodMorgado There is no such thing as "informed consent". If I say on a dating app that I am a brain surgeon but I am really a forklift driver, no crime occurred. Rape is force, threat of force, near complete incapacity (not mere drunkenness)
She read on forums that she was a slut and felt ashamed. Then someone on the forum suggested she consider it sexual assault and report it. Then she was disinvited from the frat Halloween party.
So, she was ashamed (she should be). She felt violated (she was, even if she consented). She was mad (about being disinvited to the party).
This is key— She’s also dumb because she had zero knowledge of the definition of rape when she went to police. Regret over your horrendous behavior is not rape.
She’s a double dose of dumb actually, because apparently she told police accurately about what happened (not rape, she consented), which demonstrates that her claim of rape is false.
But she’s been raised in a culture where it’s only a baby if you want it to be, and boys can be girls if they feel like it, so why shouldn’t she think it’s rape if she’s decided it’s rape? Leftist ideology at work.
Instead of taking responsibility for her horrendous behavior, she wants to celebrate herself as a victim. In other words, she’s being nasty and vindictive trying to whitewash her shame with false allegations.
But the real story here is deep down EVERYONE involved and everyone who’s now following this case recognizes that what happened was disgusting, immoral, and sexually deviant.
Which means we as a society actually do recognize that sex isn’t just a handshake, and the morality of sex can’t be reduced to just consent.
God was right all along. Imagine that. Sex is holy and belongs within marriage.
Otherwise, sexual depravity reigns and everyone is hurt.
She should go to confession not the police station.
Remember, all of Cornell girl’s friends knew she was lying and that it was consensual because she told them as much
and instead of leaking this when she eventually cried rape (after getting uninvited from a Halloween party) they kept it to themselves
In fact, they helped encourage her to believe she was raped because it was less embarrassing for them than having a friend who was proudly gang banged by the frat
Whereas one of the men, misguided as he was, tried to do what he thought was the honorable thing by leaking the “free pussy” Snapchat message
Dawg, never let them hit you with the sugar and spice and everything nice bullshit again, they’re pack hunters and they’re more predatory and evil than the frat bros
Last thought for now on Cornell case: we need to differentiate between sexual assault/rape (which obviously happens!) and gross behavior.
The first should be handled by police/courts, not a university office.
Should a university take action to discourage alcohol- and drug-fueled orgies? Yes of course.
I think some disciplinary measures here were fully appropriate. But also:
- stop teaching that regretted intoxicated sex = rape
- encourage both men & women to take responsibility for their behavior
- when misconduct happens, there should be counseling for all the students involved, with apologies where appropriate. But current Title IX procedures prohibit mediation as an answer.
From the NYT
- it ruined her reputation publicly
- she tried to deny it happened
- in the early days she owned what happened entirely as something crazy she chose to do
- eventually she sees someone say she was raped, not a whore, while scrolling online
- “aha, a way out”
- starts increasingly implying she was a victim to test out the public reaction
- realizes it’s more sympathetic than “I’m sexually adventurous” and realizes it’s a path to salvaging what’s left of her reputation
- torn because she still likes the guy and doesn’t want to throw him under the bus to save herself
- eventually her relationship with the guy she was protecting deteriorates anyways and exactly the same day that happens she goes and tries to tell police it was rape
The real predators here were the feminists and sex positivity activists who convinced an entire generation of young women that having risky sexually adventurous sex was empowering and heroic
But at the end of the day, she made choices then tried to turn those choices around on everyone else when the heat came down
The Cornell slut:
> tells everyone it was consensual sex
> gets disinvited from a Halloween party
> changes her mind, decides she was raped
This woman belongs in jail.
