1 is the only one that can go before の (+ "news of his injury" makes sense)
を should go before the verb, so 2 before 3
2 feels weird at the beginning, so 4 is probably first

With film there's theatres, watching movies with friends/family, films airing on tv, etc. Tons of situations where the viewer can't pause. Translators can't assume all viewers are watching alone via streaming & can pause

I think an ideal situation would be the Pokemon licensing the use of their card designs for a nominal fee (like ¥100) and then towns using original character designs (not cheap trace jobs). Could be a good PR opportunity for both, like the Pokemon manhole covers
