AGSI appreciates this support from @CowenBarry as we continue our work to secure collective bargaining rights for our members and recognition of the importance of social dialogue.
A remarkable and momentous week for over 20 volunteers including AGSI member Sergeant Paul McNally stationed in Athlone, who are on a humanitarian mission to deliver ambulances from Ireland to Uganda to support the critically ill and dying in east Africa.

If my boys grow up to be like Jo and Kush from Race Across the World we will have done something right. They’re a brilliant antidote to Tate-style toxic masculinity: bright, kind, compassionate, emotionally intelligent, grounded, and culturally aware. PROPER role models for boys.
@SamCoatesSky@GNev2 Replacing Burnham for what? There isn’t a vacancy for Mayor? The constant speculation, rather than reporting of facts, is tiring and dangerous.
If Starmer goes that would be 5 different PMs in five years, despite two of them having historically large Parliamentary majorities…
Impossible to plan, strategise and deliver even medium term economic plans, let alone long term thinking going on elsewhere…
Since Brexit we’ve been unable to sustain a PM for more than a couple of years.
The circus is ungovernable.
Not helped by a political media clique that, emboldened by social media, thinks its job is to start a ticking clock on a PM’s downfall the second they start.
Grim.
@declassifiedUK For clarity we should point out this incident happened last July.
You complained about it at the time and it went to the IOPC for an independent assessment.
The Commissioner was found to have done nothing wrong.
