Building software is easy.
Building software that people actually use is the hard part.
The difference is understanding the business problem before writing a single line of code.
That's why successful projects start with strategy, not development.

@saen_dev The biggest adjustment was around user roles and permissions. The initial structure worked, but evolving business rules required a more flexible access-control model.
I shipped a full web app last month in 4 weeks.
Here's exactly what that looked like, day by day:
Client: B2B consulting firm
Stack: Next.js + Supabase + Stripe
Budget: $6,500
Week 1 — Architecture
→ Discovery call + scope document signed
→ Database schema (12 tables)
→ API structure designed
→ Auth flow built (email + Google OAuth)
→ Zero UI written yet
Week 2 — Core Frontend
→ Dashboard layout
→ All primary screens built
→ API calls wired to frontend
→ Client demo: This is moving faster than any project we have done
Week 3 — Integration
→ Stripe subscription billing live in staging
→ Role-based access (3 user types)
→ Email notifications configured
→ Internal QA testing
Week 4 — Ship
→ Production deploy
→ Client team onboarding
→ Documentation handed over
→ 2 weeks post-launch support included
Result: Live. On budget. Zero surprises.
The secret is not speed. It is ruthless scope discipline.
If you are a founder with a web app, mobile app, or AI-powered product to build — this is how I work.

Most businesses don't need more employees.
They need better systems.
This week I saw a process that required:
• Manual lead qualification
• Back-and-forth emails
• Appointment scheduling
• CRM updates
All done by humans.
A simple AI automation workflow could handle 80% of it automatically.
The companies that adopt AI today won't just save time, they'll operate differently.
What repetitive task would you automate first in your business?

Just came across this Medium post:
https://t.co/AeBksdWgyM
This was actually based on a conversation I had on X with @lukmanAufbau he asked me a few questions, I replied, and he turned those responses into this article.
Interesting to see how small conversations can turn into something like this

What I shipped vs what I earned.
Same idea. Completely different outcome.
A $5k–$10k brief looks like this:
“We’re building a booking platform for mobile dog groomers.
Core features:
– Booking flow
– Payments
– Notifications
– Groomer dashboard
We have Figma designs.
Launch target: July 1.
Budget: $6k–$8k.”
The $5k founder knows:
✅ Who the user is
✅ The ONE core flow
✅ What is NOT in v1
✅ Launch date
✅ Real budget
A $500 brief looks like this:
“I want an app like Uber but for dogs. Can you build it? Budget flexible.”
The $500 founder has:
No clear product definition
No scoped features
No timeline clarity
No real budget alignment
The brief is the product.
If you can’t describe it clearly, you can’t build it clearly.
If you’re preparing to hire for a full-stack or AI project, I offer free 20-min scope calls.
DM me “SCOPE” and I’ll share my calendar link.

@babayagatwt Owning the product with 1000 users.
Because ownership means leverage. You can improve, monetize, pivot, and grow it.
100k users without ownership is just borrowed success.
