Manual Fix :
1. Click the star on the (形变_身体) layer to display its bones independently.
2. Enter edit mode for the bones, then select (MCH_臀部修正父级.R、MCH_臀部修正父级.L) and in the properties panel, change their parent to (DEF_臀部).
This will fix the problem.

A major error has been found in the
(AK74M_Rig.blender) file (the hip bones do not follow when moving). You can either fix it manually or wait for me to release a subsequent patch.
