@EdinburghTrams why are you still charging full price for tram tickets from the airport if you’re only going to west end?! One doesn’t realise until you get to the tram and it’s too late and no replacement busses as promised when boarding

@EdinburghTrams So we pay one full price ticket to get half way to our destination, then pay for a bus again? The train conductor wasn’t able to give me this info and the tram ticket wasn’t valid on the bus
