Strong action b seen … this person should b shown door @NitinNabin ji
@narendramodi@AmitShah
US attacks Pak …. They both will handle, we don’t need to take part in it, just b prepared for any after effect on us
Another way the current administration is trapped in the ZERO-SUM FALLACY: The H-1B visa situation.
+ You are NOT taking a job from a citizen, rather creating jobs by increasing overal economic output. Plus these people (even vegetarians) SPEND locally.
+ The US has long been benefiting from other countries' brain drain; without it its edge wd collapse. Tesla, Von Braun, von Neumann, Fermi & Einstein did NOT each take the job of a citizen.
+ It the problem is anti-Indian racism, say it, don't play games.
A simple movie rule: Anything with Prakash Raj in it doesn't deserve my money, even if he's there for a minute. The viewers need to communicate this well to the producers when his next movie comes out.
BREAKING ⚠️
2 Maldivian pilots of FlyDubai detained by UAE authorities days after the attempted terror hijacking. Maldivian media reported the story from Oct 3, but detail missed by rest of the press. Both are co-pilots believed to be close to Al Hammami. Currently in custody.
@CholericCleric When she was in power there was azan playing in pandals and curbs on bisarjan so as not to inconvenience muharram processions. Shubho Mahalaya?! Those words in her mouth are abhorrent.
Key disadvantages of allowing Starlink in India include:
National security risks: Foreign-controlled network limits India's ability to shut off service in sensitive border areas or ensure availability during crises. Past reports of terminals with militants or smugglers raise misuse concerns.
Data sovereignty issues: Laser links could route traffic outside Indian gateways, complicating monitoring and lawful interception.
High costs: Hardware and monthly fees likely far exceed affordable terrestrial options like Jio or Airtel, limiting rural access.
Market impact: Could disrupt local telecoms and foster over-reliance on a single US provider instead of domestic alternatives.
Delete this tweet. This is beyond petty. You are not just poking Ambani; you are insulting the Indian Republic, India's Prime Minister (who is your admirer), and most of all its people.
I enjoy your childlike quirkiness and the jibes you make, but this is juvenile vindictiveness and will achieve nothing. You cannot seriously be hoping to have business dealings with people for whom you have so publicly shown your hate.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu:
My salute to the Indian pilot Captain Smit Machchhar for his extraordinary bravery.
Despite being stabbed and seriously injured, he fought back, resisted, opened the cockpit door, and enabled passengers and crew to overpower the attacker — preventing a catastrophic mid-air disaster.
He saved the lives of 174 people, including Israeli citizens and other nationals.
I wish Captain Machchhar a speedy and full recovery.
He is a true hero.
Dear @iitbombay students!
It is high time that you reclaimed your campus from the blue casteist bigot infestation and did away from the bullshit that the government has forced upon you.
Go outside your dorm rooms. Organise in large numbers and kick these bastards out of your campus, as they are hired hooligans who travel from Delhi to spread caste hate on your soil.
Your college is a sovereign place. Your professor is a father figure. Your classroom is your soil to nourish your wisdom. Your hostel is a place for discussing life, lessons and projects.
Support what is right. Support the teachers that shape you, make you, guide you and push you to your limits. If you back out today, your will be ashamed of your deeds in future.
Go out! Light a candle. I am happy that some of you are organising marches. Shun classes till this political crap settles. make up for lost classes on Sundays, if need be. But, this is an important moment of your life. Be a part of it.
Thieves and thugs shouldn't sit among you. Cheaters can not and mus not be promoted by the system. The government or their stooges cannot dictate academia.
Reclaim your campus.
Yes ... clean up Indian cities, reform dehati population, punish uncouth behavior, get rid of stray animals, enforce strict road laws & pedestrian infrastructure.
Behave like the people you want to be treated as.
To hell with Make in India. @cbic_india
307 kg single shipment of high-value leather goods, manufactured by us for one of the largest financial institutions in the world, was held at Kolkata customs for physical inspection.
They physically opened 5 of the 17 cartons to "inspect".
And this is not a one-time instance. I am certain this continues to happen with many exporters. Chemicals, pharma, textiles, etc. Please, please comment if you've been/going through this tunnel as well.
Ours, after all, are simple leather goods. Can Indian customs assure that none of these goods was retained during this "inspection"?
I bring USD to India. Through back-to-back e-commerce orders and customised high-value shipments. We aspire to compete with Montblanc and Cartier. How do we do that when our consignments are held up for days at Indian customs during exports (even barring this particular 307 kg shipment)?
I am happy to share the SB no. with the relevant authorities.
1. We told investors that AGI is around the corner. Of course it isn’t cause the maths makes it impossible without brute force “non model” computations that cost simple problems in millions of dollars to compute. Which means we cannot keep doing this without being called out for peddling snake oil.
2. Let’s now all decide to “slow things down” so that we don’t end up in court for fraud. That way we stay within the limits of the technology and do reasonable things, while still creating the fiction that this is our version of no nut November.
3. Let’s create a regulatory moat around what we have so that others cannot replicate what we have without making monstrous investments in governance and regulatory compliance.
4. Let’s also prepare for a IPO so that people think “they can let loose if they want to but chose not to” and since people, many of them, invest on hope, we will also make bank.
INDIA 🇮🇳 NEEDS A MASSIVE CIVIC MOVEMENT.
Even as the largest growing major economy, India continues to be one of the filthiest nations with corrupt, non-functional municipalities, terrible urban infrastructure, shockingly bad civic and traffic sense, and no punishment for treating the country like a dump yard, either for officials or citizens.
Unless civic governance and civic sense is fixed, I’m afraid we will remain the Third World.
From Chicago a dubious claim.
Forget manufacturing and make Services your aim.
Some months later,
the proposition refuted by data,
But we will still see more of the same.
