I purchased Hyundai Creta King with my hard-earned money, and for a middle-class family, a car is an emotion, not just a vehicle. I entrusted my car to the service center at Shree Krishna Hyundai Jhunjhunu for minor issues. However, upon picking it up, I was completely exhausted and shocked to see its awful condition: bird droppings all over the exterior, windows left open, and the interior completely covered in mud and sand. The ventilated seat pores and interior leather are choked with dust. I have attached a video of the vehicle showing this unacceptable state.

Since this situation arose solely due to the airlines cancellation and delayed communication, I requested a full refund of my ticket amount at the earliest but I havent received any response from Star Air. @GhodawatGroup@sgfoundation_in@DGCAIndia@MoCA_GoI#AirSewa#StarAir
Therefore, I kindly requested Star Air does to process my refund instead of any reaccommodation, as it was communicated significantly later and after I had already booked another flight in response to their cancellation.
However, after almost one full hour, at 6:26 PM, I received another communication from Star Air stating that I had been reaccommodated on the same Star Air flight later that night.
I received an official cancellation email at 5:36 PM, informing me that my flight had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Since the cancellation was sudden and I needed to travel urgently, I immediately booked an alternative flight with IndiGo to ensure timely travel.
