@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had 2 prepaid SIMs in my name, I changed that to Post Paid. While changing I had 2months Prepaid plan validity in each SIM. Retailer committed me that I will get around 300Rs off in my next post paid family plan bill.

So the central customer care don't have any control over retailer airtel stores.Fraud& misleading commitments are given,but no one to take control of this.I know,Retailer has so many things in their hand.This is how a big SP like @airtelindia will run? Worst experience!! #nextVI

But for last 2 months I am paying full bill amount and no SR, nothing is helping. Even retailer airtel shop called me & gave me again fraud commitments after a complaint lodged in last month. This month also not settlement done @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

This nasty situation generally happen around 10-11 pm (Night). In a residential area, how a gang of morons drinks openly- that's questionable.

Doctor is a noble profession, and it's their duty as a Railway Employee!! But the whole process is lacking somehow. We are not expecting for bigger medical cases in B.R Singh.But atleast the basic tests and diagnosis should be done properly to have minimum patient satisfaction !!

Patient is suffering from gastric problem, but the doctor is not referring to specialist !She talks to patients like patient is a begger! Forget about patients satisfaction,at least a minimum basic diagnosis they should.They only check past records and prescribes same med 💊
