Hi,

I had ordered Amazon Firestick on 29/06/19. It was never delivered to me although it was shown as delivered by BlueDart on 03/07/19.
For this product I had received a security code from Paytm to be shown while receiving the delivery.

Still waiting for a resolution. I need my money back. I am never going to buy any thing from @PaytmMall or @Paytm. Going to uninstall Paytm when this issue ends.

I want to know how a product from Paytm can be delivered without the security code in this case?

@paytmmallcare I am upset from your investigation. You claim that @BlueDart_ has confirmed the delivery. Can you name the person to whom it was delivered. Also what is the use of the security code from Paytm mall if you can register a delivery without it?
