@MyFedLoan You guys should really be ashamed of yourselves how you misreport on people's credit reports. How can one be in deferment but miss a payment? That makes no sense. Ruining poor students credits.
This is what phone calls with @CenlarFSB look like. Sitting on hold and being transferred to different departments that are completely useless. This is ridiculous...
If anyone has a mortgage with @CenlarFSB, I advice you to refinance your mortgage elsewhere ASAP. They have by far the worst customer service in the mortgage industry.
@Marriott@Spg instead you have customer service representatives say "they don't know" and "they are not sure" and "they can not" ...All excuses and no resolutions. I've called 5 times in regards to an issue that occured over three weeks ago. Who's going to help? @marriott@spg
