Auto increment ids gives:
Smaller, faster to index, efficient storage and easier read times from db
Indexing and the read times in db and rearranging where uuid makes a mess. Although UUIDv7 resolves most of the above problems

@javarevisited Circuit breaker pattern. If 5 downstream means 5 api’s. So have circuit breaker enabled on those 5 api’s. If one of them starts failing and rate goes beyond a certain threshold (say 50%), open the circuit making sure data is unaffected and return a meaningful error message
