@ifixhearts This is definitely the case for me. I've been working on getting that HDL up for years. I had a Coronary Calcium CT scan and found out my RCA was at 400+. My LDL is fine. Lab work in my blog below.

@ElieJarrougeMD People think that you can just get on meds and it going to fix the problem. Meds will probably be part of the solution, but there are more steps to take! You've got to eat right and exercise, too. Do something more than pop a pill, please.
