Can someone that's way savvier than me post a side-by-side video of the Nyjer Morgan hit up the middle to score Carlos Gomez along with Chourio's hit up the middle from Sunday's game, please?
MLB rules state that outfield lines must be a minimum 325 ft, yet they grant approval to ballparks that don't conform to these dimensions.
When something happens hundreds of times, it's a perk of the park.
When something happens twice, it's cheating?
I don't think so.
No matter your feelings about Sat night's game, here's what matters.
The MLB approves all ground rules.
Ex. Fenway has the SHORTEST RF line in any stadium. Hundreds of HRs here aren't HRs elsewhere.
A handful of hits have touched AmFam roof.
Get over it. It's an out.
The team of these types of players (there are many others) always label them "passionate" and "competitive".
Everyone else knows this means unprofessional behavior.
As adults, it can be fun to watch, but it's a shame that kids that love these players wont know any better.
Why does MLB continue to overlook PCA's poor behavior?
• Incidents with fans
• Incidents with umpires
• Equipment slamming
• Disrespectful Babe Ruth remarks
etc.
This is not the behavior of a poster child, yet he continues to get that treatment...
3 predictions for the 2026 Brewer season:
1.Brice Turang will receive MLB season MVP votes.
2. Garrett Mitchell will return and be an everyday OF player by the All Star break.
3. Andruw Monasterio will (deservingly) work his way into over 100 games this year.
#Brewers
If PCA wins the NL MVP, he will own the highest strikeout rate (26.6% and rising) of any MVP winner ever.
I'm not disputing his other stats but having more than 1 out of 4 ABs accomplishing nothing leaves so much OTT.
The most frustrating accepted part of modern baseball...
@BrewersRaptor Today is caramel cashew at our local.
I swear they think every one of their customers was born in the 1940s...
I'm waiting for them to release some cutting edge flavors like tutti frutti, sassafras, or molasses.
Did I really just hear @JLevering4 knock off a quote of "The Brewers hope the runs are coming!" immediately following a commercial for adult diapers?!
Lol
Let me summarize the casual Brewers fan on X today, but I'm going to replace the angry first part with a factual statement:
The Brewers hit a franchise high 59 wins by the All Star Break and at pace for 100 this season...This embarrassment needs to figure out their $#!t FAST!!!
So Halloween stuff is being put out already. I could be wrong but this feels like it's the earliest I've ever seen Halloween themed items in the summer...
