非常精彩的一个访谈，基本概括了所有Rocket Lab收购Iridium投资者们关心的问题。Peter Beck和COO Adam Spice齐上阵。

精简几个重点：1，在技术和应用场景上，Starlink和Rocket lab的卫星有明显差异。

Starlink等宽带星座使用的频段在恶劣天气下稳定性较弱，而Rocket Lab的L波段具备真正的全球覆盖能力，信号穿透性强，抗干扰，不受恶劣天气影响，也是“无GPS信号区域”的替代方案，所以它的客户是以稳定信号为刚需的群体，比如军事国防，航空航海，工业物流，精准农业等等。

Iridium的L波段频谱，也是唯一一个在全球所有地区都能落地的。

2，火箭运力极度紧缺。SpaceX的拼车发射订单已经排到了2028年以后，直接推动了电子与未来中子火箭的需求。

即使未来有新的火箭投入使用，首要任务也是先发射自家的卫星。（重点的话重复说：拥有自主发射能力很重要，否则卫星做的再好也极其被动。）

3，Peter Beck和Adam Spice都不喜欢债务，但为了避免过度稀释现有股东���股权，还是采用了股票+现金的方式收购，所以公司有了36亿美元的bridge loan（快短贵的贷款方式），底气是Iridium稳定且未来强劲的现金流。

但是不排除将来股价高位的时候将部分债务转化为股权。

4，收购Iridium让中子火箭“落地即跑”，跳过了耗时的商业计划，几乎瞬间让公司规模翻倍，立即带来现金流。（复制了SpaceX最高明的星链+猎鹰九号互惠双赢的模式）。

同时Iridium借用Rocket Lab的高度垂直整合和发射能力，可以让原本搁置的创新想法迅速孵化。

5，完美的时机，Rocket Lab刚好利用之前的股价大涨，以个位数级别的股权稀释完成了这比交易。

如果是在一年前，Rocket Lab可能没有足够的实力支撑这次收购。

而Iridium过去一年的市值涨的离谱，因为市场开始意识到了频谱资源的稀缺性，SpaceX开始接触EchoStar，亚马逊找上了Globalstar，频谱市场就是“抢椅��游戏”。如果收购再晚一年，Iridium会更贵， RKLB也许会错失这个机会。

总而言之，就像Peter Beck自己说的，这是一笔1+1等于3的收购， Rocket Lab也终有实力拿下Iridium。

Iridium是初代太空开创者，比SpaceX更早的实现了星座盈利。

但访谈中Peter Beck强调了RKLB并不想一夜之间成为大众互联网提供者，公司的重心依然是成为中立供应商，成为整个太空行业的支撑。

🚨突发：Tesla 刚刚发布了 Cybercab（无人驾驶出租车）的《第一响应人员指南》（First Responders Guide）。

重点如下：

1. 正式确认 Cybercab 属于 SAE Level 4 自动驾驶 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

这是最重要的一点。Tesla 在官方安全文件中首次明确写明：Cybercab Robotaxi 配备的是 SAE Level 4 Automated Driving System（L4级自动驾驶）。

意味着���

在规定运营区域（ODD）内
车辆可以完全自己驾驶
不需要驾驶员接管
没有方向盘和踏板也能合法运营

这是 Tesla 第一次在官方技术文件中如���明确地定义 Cybercab 的自动驾驶等级。

2. 生产版 Cybercab 没有方向盘

文件说明：

真正投入 Robotaxi 服务的 Cybercab 没有方向盘、刹车踏板和油门。
如果看到有方向盘的 Cybercab，那通常只是工程测试车，运行的是 Level 2 系统，而不是正式 Robotaxi。

3. 遇到警车、消防车会自动让路

官方文件描述了 Cybercab 的行为：

当识别到：

警灯
警笛
消防车
救护车

它会：

自动减速
自动靠边
必要时停车等待
根据现场情况继续前进

这是 L4 Robotaxi 必须具备的能力。

4. 能识别警察和消防员的手势

除了识别交通标志之外，

Cybercab 还能：

看懂消防员挥手
看懂警察手势
按照路障（cones）重新规划路线

说明 Tesla 的视觉系统已经加入了复杂现场识别能力。

5. 恶劣天气策略公布

Robotaxi：

可以运行于：

白天
夜晚
小雨
中雨
轻雾
小雪

如果遇到：

暴雨
极端天气
系统认为风险过高

车辆会：

自动寻找安全位置停车
联系 Tesla Robotaxi Support
等待人工处理

而不是冒险继续行驶。

6. 所有 Robotaxi 目前都归 Tesla 所有

文件明确说明：

目前所有 Robotaxi 车辆均由 Tesla 自有并运营。

也就是说：

目前不是个人车主加入共享车队，而是 Tesla 自己管理整个 Robotaxi 车队。

7. 第一响应人员可远程接管车辆

如果发生事故：

消防员可通过 B 柱麦克风联系 Tesla 支援中心。
Tesla 可远程移动车辆。
若远程无法处理，可验证消防员身份后，授权其短距离驾驶车辆移开。

这份《第一响应人员指南》看似只是给消防员和急救人员使用，实际上释放了几个重要信号：

✅ Cybercab 已进入接近大规模运营阶段，否则没有必要提前培训第一响应人员。
✅ Tesla 首次以官方文件确认 Cybercab 为 SAE Level 4 自动驾驶。
✅ Robotaxi 的运营流程、应急机制、极端天气策略都已成体系，说明产品成熟度进一步提升。
✅ 距离更多城市部署 Robotaxi 已越来越近，这份文档通常会在正式扩大运营前发布。

对于我们这些长期关注 Tesla 和 FSD 的投资者来说，这条帖子最大的价值不是发布了一本手册，而是官方安全文档首次集中披露了 Cybercab 的自动驾驶等级、应急逻辑和运营方式，这些都是 Robotaxi 商业化进程的重要佐证。
