To those we loved and lost,
To those who served and never came home,
To those who continue to serve,
Today on #RemembranceDay, and every day in between,
We will remember them.
At the 11th hour, of the 11th day, of the 11th month, Canadians pause to observe two minutes of silence to honour Canada’s fallen. We pay our respects on this date, because the month, day and time is when the First World War ceased hostilities in 1918.
1 in 4 Canadians have been experiencing high levels of anxiety. I was one of them these past months & very few saw it. Reach out, don’t be afraid! Life is too important not to. I can’t say it loud enough…your mental health is EVERYTHING…period. #BellLetsTalk#MentalHealth
Following our previous updates, we have now restored services for the vast majority of our customers and our technical teams are working hard to ensure that the remaining customers are back online as quickly as possible.
Kitchener Utilities phone lines and appointment booking system is down. Scheduled appointments with Kitchener Utilities staff will be cancelled during this outage, as staff are unable to access the system.
NOTICE: Due to the nationwide Rogers outage, the phone lines are down for our contact centre and Kitchener Utilities dispatch centre. If you have an emergency, please call 911 from a landline or cell outside of the Rogers network. Stay tuned for updates.
Some Bell customers may be experiencing issues when trying to call or text Rogers subscribers due to current interruptions in Rogers network services. The Bell network is operational and calls and texts between Bell customers or to other providers are not impacted.
