@virginmedia We have several x3 plug in boosters around the house! They don’t always work very well, but I feel it stems from what they are communicating with, our virgin hub is i@ sure 3+yrs old.
@virginmedia Daily issues with WiFi dropping out! Reach around the house is also poor! Wired connection has worked, but highly impractical given hub location in relation to office! Maybe an upgraded router/hub is needed - WiFi boosters have little positive impact too! I’m basically fed up...

@virginmedia why can you not speak to anyone? Pandemic aside, most businesses (including mine) have staff working from home effectively - well....those that have decent WiFi! You’re fundamentally failing your customers...
@virginmedia your Customer Service is utterly rubbish! Your broadband is utterly useless. Numerous issues in NN15 area, unable to work due to crap WiFi but can you speak to anyone...NO! Even your live advisor chat is ineffective!
