@IRCTCofficial @AshwiniVaishnaw My parents aged ~80 travelling KTYM to SBC today PNR 4941763426. The ROC ticket got confirmed but allotted upper berth. Request to help them with lower berth pls as they will not be able to ride to the upper berth.

@cromaretail @CromaSupport Our order S0A018379683793 was booked on 16.04.2026 and supposed to be delivered on 18.04.2026. It is not yet delivered till 20.04.2026 but got message that the product has already been delivered. Highly unprofessional conduct and fraudulent claim

@IRCTCofficial @AshwiniVaishnaw Upper berth alotted for senior citizens aged>70. So need to cancel the ticket and Rs.600 got deducted. Earlier there was an option where it was asked “not to book the ticket if no lower berth is allotted”, why that option is withdrawn?

Vande Bharat is making records for late running of trains….for 7 hours of scheduled journey from start to end it runs 10-11 hours late. Is anybody noticing it?

@makemytrip @ParkPlazaHotels The matter is not resolved yet even after raising the concern with MMT for more than 12 hrs now. It is so frustrating to see such coordination between MMT and the hotel but ultimately I am harassed by these pathetic services

@makemytrip @ParkPlazaHotels I had booked Park plaza Riverside hotel in London for 4 days thru MMT booking Id NH98223389754510 with full pmt. After checking in, on the 2nd day, hotel person is saying that they haven’t recd the pmt from MMT so we need to pay from our pocket again.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @IRCTCofficial Booked ticket for parents from Blr to Kottayam in Train 16526 in premium tatkal. They are 77 and 69 years but got tickets in Middle and Upper berth in 3AC. Shocking as to how railways expect the senior citizens to climb to upper berths

#Amazon Not able to cancel the order. Even after choosing the option for reason for the return and option for refund amount, the order is not getting cancelled. It seems like the cancellation button has been disabled in the app.

@airtelindia While these issues are not affecting the customer, but Airtel is losing by paying more GST. You may kindly check and rectify the system being followed by the Finance dept of Airtel as this will be cash loss for the company

@airtelindia I am a CA and an Airtel user. While availing the ITC on GST for Apr 24 month, I noticed in my GSTR2B, the Invoice value is shown as Taxable value as a result GST is overcharged as compared to what is shown in the customer invoice. Airtel might be paying excess GST

@airtelindia Also for GST for May 24, we noticed there is a wrong (excess) reporting of Taxable value in GSTR2B for the outstanding amount if the bill is not paid in the previous month's.

@RelianceDigital @RelianceResQ No work is done on my complaint and it is not resolved yet. Instead, my complaint is put under cancellation mode. It is a disgusting way of handling the complaint. Due to your faulty installation rain water is leaking inside my bedroom and damaging the building.

@RelianceResQ Very pathetic service. Even after raising the service request it is not attended by anybody and it is getting cancelled automatically.
