Confidence is knowing what you do well. Arrogance is pretending you do everything well. There's a big gap between those two things.
Know what you're good at. Say it out loud. Say it again tomorrow. Change jobs, change clients, change strategies until the offer matches your value.

Trying harder is not the solution to achieving more. Most times, in fact, trying harder is a big part of the problem.

A lot of times, I’ve seen the answer to “how do I achieve more” is getting leverage.
