@airindia please have some strict checks by checkin staffs, the cabin baggage related. In name of cabin baggage, passengers carrying oversized baggage and also heavy backpack in the name of laptop bag. This delays the boarding, with crew taking time to adjust all luggage.

2. Missed visa interview

Let me outline the losses I am now incurring due to YOUR issue:

1. I missed my visa interview.

2. The costs already lost bcoz of this: ₹19K for biometrics, ₹20K + ₹3K for hotel, and ₹18K spent on a connecting flight after the IndiGo cancellation.
