It's so Easy To Assume you heard something rather than research lyrics for emotes such as stuck. If what you heard were true, it would've been censored.

Emotes of Similar fashion are made still as well as emotes blacklisted before returned.

Rue was based on the terrible assumptious comparison to a tragic event, Stuck was on the basis of ASSUMED lyrics. Majority of these takes come from those who speak first, research never.
