@BMW @BMWGroup Im wondering why my 4 series convertible doesnt come with a button to open the boot from inside the car. I understand this comes as standard and my mates 4 series has this. Its unfair to me and why does my one not have thia button?

.. its been more than 5 weeks and the tracking passport system still says passport not produced. Could you please assist me as I desperately need the passport.

@NigeriaHCLondon Hi I desperately need assistance regarding my passport. I have tried to reach via the phone but the phone, to no avail. I had applied for a passport renewal and everything went through ok. I did the self enrollment and i ve sent the old paspsort / documents.
