@crsxsa Never thought Alisson deserved to start in 2018 or the Qualifiers leading up to it. Brazil had so many keepers that were ahead of him at the time. Diego Alves, Jefferson, Fabio, & Marcelo Grohe were much better options. Taffarel is a legend, but very stubborn as a GK coach.

@BrasilEdition Alisson and Ederson have been great for Liverpool and City, but when it comes to Brazil neither have really showed up. We’ve given them a decade and three World Cup campaigns. We thank them for their services, but it’s definitely time to move on.

The goalkeeper situation is going to be interesting going forward. We’ve had Alisson and Ederson for a decade now, and they might be around a bit longer.
