@xParanoidSchizo @UBLfp Arm moved backwards to shepherd. In no way was it an attempt to elbow the guy. Your arm moving does not equal a striking action. Height off the ground speaks to duty of care. Bending/lowering yourself comes up a lot at tribunal because it shows it was a reasonable attempt.

@Ryan55149071627 @AFL Of course Jones is entitled to go for the footy. He did nothing wrong. But Harris shepherded with his arm around waist height - that is a duty of care. It was just an accident. "Not reasonable to swing your arm that high" - go rewatch it. It wasn't a high arm at all.

Outcome plays too much of a role. This doesn't appear to me a reportable offence. Injury was an unfortunate accident.

I honestly don't know how Harris' is a reportable offence unless you just ignore the action and focus on the outcome.

@oliverburdick Gotta say, as a non-American Christian, your government looks absolutely nothing like Jesus. Jesus preached love, kindness, caring for the poor and needy. US govt has slashed foreign aid, cut taxes on the rich and cut healthcare for the poor, and encourages hating your neighbour.
