• Remove drivers from the queue if they ignore 3 ride requests.

• Prohibit card games, group hangouts, meal breaks, or prayer sessions in the lot. Too many drivers treat it like their personal lounge, even during peak demand.

The lot should be for drivers ready to work.

What’s happening at the SFO TNC lot makes no sense. Instead of removing drivers who camp out and block space, Lyft punishes drivers who are actually trying to enter the queue.

I dropped off a ride, didn’t get a rematch, went to the lot (it was open) but the app said the queue was full. It seems like an inaccurate reading. Hope this can get fixed for drivers. 🚘✈️

@davidrisher @lyft @Baidu_Inc Lyft already takes over 50% from drivers who provide the car and labor. With this “hybrid” model, it’ll get worse. Real AV partners won’t let them rob robots like they rob us. So they’ll squeeze drivers even harder. The 10 cents per mile is coming… 💀🪙

@sergioaved @lyft @TheRideshareGuy I doubt any Lyft driver is offering “favorable rides” these days. Not that I blame ’em, but I do think @davidrisher’s got them this bad by paying trash. In San Francisco they’re flying down 101 N & S like it’s Fast & Furious, no A/C, cars look like they’ve been through a war 😂
