Men's 4x4 had a five second PR last night. Running a time of 3:25.34. Currently sitting 12th in Division 1. Finals are Friday.

Mountain Ridge showed up last night in the women's 800. Ellie Galligan won her heat with a 2 second PR (2:44.85), Maddie Green is inching closer to that 2:30 barrier now sitting at a PR of 2:33, and Kiana Breuer keeps chopping seconds off with a new PR of 2:26.72.

Kaydence Porter ran a PR (61.05) in prelims last night in the 400. Will be seated 6th in finals, looking to final break that 60 second barrier.

North East Valley Championships went amazing last night! 4x8 ran great for 4th with times of 2:00, 2:05, 2:05, 2:05. Currently sitting 13th in Division 1.
