@British_Airways So I go home tomorrow and my case landed last night in Berlin after 4 day delay, case still not at hotel this morning and I have major event tonight, please get my case to me, the level of stress this has caused me 😫

@British_Airways So flew from T5 Heathrow to Berlin at 2pm, landed fine only to get email saying luggage not loaded and completed form, no news at all and still no case 30 hours later and flights all day, bag still at Heathrow with bits needed, can’t call anyone, please help

@British_Airways Hi, still no bag and medical equipment inside, didn’t arrive on Thursday and now Sunday despite sending you via private message as requested with all the details, lack of updates and communication shocking, am flying home on Tuesday morning and multiple flights to Berlin 🤯🤯

@British_Airways Ok thank you, as my cpap machine is in the bad I really do need this today, I only put in case as my flight said space inside aircraft was at a premium

@British_Airways Don’t understand why not on one of multiple flights today to Berlin as colleagues flew out and had their luggage and your portal says you have my luggage, need cpap machine and conference clothes asap, can you not find out more?

@British_Airways I understand there was issue at T5 yesterday but don’t understand why not come on a flight today as colleagues flew to Berlin today and they had their luggage , 6 flights today and still no updates after original one, cpap and conference clothes all in bag, 2nd time in a row now
