@WestMidRailway Even your own app still shows that the 12:20 and 13:20 is just delayed despite having previously shown as on time like the 14:20 and 15:20 are currently showing as on time. When is the road transportation due?

@jackfifield @LouHaigh This is just the lads version of events, with barcoded tickets it’s very possible he’s been caught before and given a verbal warning and a note added to the ticket on the database so when they’ve investigated they may have seen he’s been warned several times?
