In late April, I attended an event in Parliament sponsored by Richard Quigley MP to alert MPs to the dangers facing UK democracy from bad actors like hostile states (eg Russia) and Big Tech billionaires.

A very expert panel set out the risks and the immediate actions the government should take to prevent what is happening today in America from happening here tomorrow. The event made a great impression on me, so I am pleased that the public will now get the opportunity to hear what I heard, and to ask questions of the expert panel.
