A new week. A fresh mindset.
Walk into this week with purpose, not pressure. Stay disciplined when motivation fades, stay consistent even when progress feels slow, and trust that every small step counts.
Be intentional with your time, your actions, and your goals. The future you're working toward is built by the choices you make today.
What's one thing you're committing to this week?

MALI🇲🇱🔥: “We either fight this war or remain slaves forever, because they are hunting us,” — President Assimi Goïta.
President Goïta accused foreign powers of using terrorism as a tool to force African nations into submission while presenting themselves as partners.
According to him, they seek to influence who becomes president, prime minister, mayor, or deputy, while demanding control over mining resources, strategic sectors, and even national sovereignty.
His message to Malians was clear: recognize the threat, defend your sovereignty, and protect your nation's future.
Africa's destiny must be decided by Africans. ✊🏾🌍
We must take this message to every African leader.
Is it just this World Cup, or Norwegians don't seem to behave like other white people?
They have shown class at this tournament. Humble in victory. Gracious in defeat.
Plus, providing one of the game's most iconic team celebrations. I watched a BBC interview with the guy who created this rowing celebration, and he was very proud.
Btw, the “Viking Row” culture dates back over 1,000 years. Africans would have abandoned it a long time ago, while embracing their Lord and personal Saviour, Jesus Christ, because White people have told them to.
My favourite kind of racist. The open and shameless kind who will tell you to your face what his intention for you is. Which gives you clarity and time to prepare.
Much preferable to the Biden/Clinton kind who smile at you and shake your hand while ordering a hit on you.
Meet Dale Partridge: The New Christian Face of U.S. Imperialism Advocating European Recolonisation of Africa
Whenever the clear and indisputable historical nexus connecting r*cism, col*nialism and Christianity is pointed out, two of the most popular retorts trotted out in response are that a) The historical events in question happened too long ago to matter to modern day African people and b) Christianity in Africa predates the European presence in Africa anyway.
These 2 chestnut arguments do not account for the reality that modern theological reality is very much a direct product of its historical influences, and the type of Christian theology present across most of Africa is European col*nial theology, not the Coptic or Orthodox theology that is indigenous to parts of Eritrea, Ethiopia and Egypt. This theology is still heavily influenced by, or even subject to the r*cist, extractive agendas of European theologians today - many of whom retain the violently imperial, parochial ideas of their forebears.
Meet Dale Partridge, lead teaching pastor at King's Way Reformed Church in Prescott, Arizona. A millennial born in 1985, Partridge's message is that Africans - or "Hamites" as he calls us - are subject to a divine curse that makes us unable to maintain our societies without European col*nialism.
Partridge is far from a lone outlier in this Christian theological school of thought. His theological mentor and leader of the so-called 'reformed Christian movement" is none other than Doug Wilson, who happens to be the personal pastor of US Secretary of War and avowed white supremacists Pete Hegseth.
The Spearhead commends Partridge for the unusual and refreshing honesty and lack of doublespeak in openly owning his abominable ideology which animates US Christian nationalism. The onus is on Africans to decide whether to validate the ideologies of violent anti-black r*cists with their religious loyalty or to try something new.

You are welcome 🤗
Colonial mentality affects African football, same way it affects other areas of the continent’s development. I am glad the usual suspects are beginning to understand this.
GEJ became Acting President February 9th 2010.
Three months later on 5th May 2010 Yar'Adua was officially declared dead and on THAT SAME DAY Adeboye threatened GEJ with a million man match protest over insecurity.
Today he's making excuses for his kinsman. Evil Conman
The Ghanaian government has a solution to the Accra congestion/flood.
Conversely, the Nigerian government will never admit Lagos needs the same intervention.
Decongest Lagos by decentralizing Nigeria’s wealth. You will not hear.
Nigeria’s wealth is far too concentrated in Lagos, and is serving only the capital-owning class.
The memefication of outrage is what will ensure that no matter how egregious the actions of politicians, Nigerians will, instead of reacting in any useful way, turn to memes and skits, giggling as their home burns down.
Reminds me of the timeless words of satirist Peter Cook who, at the height of the satire boom of the 60's in Britain and worried that political comedy was turning into a facetious distraction, said that Britain is "in danger of sinking, giggling into the sea".
Do you know there’s something called “destabilization campaign,” usually used by foreign intelligence agencies like the CIA, against governments that oppose U.S. political and economic interests?
Let me know if you find any of these methods familiar 😉
1. Propaganda and Disinformation: Funding and managing media networks, planting stories, and running psychological operations (PSYOPs) to sway public opinion against the sitting government.
Say me hi to your media houses.
2. Economic Sabotage: Restricting international loans, orchestrating boycotts, and inducing labor strikes to cripple the target nation's economy and create domestic unrest.
3. Political Interference: Funding, training, and organizing opposition political parties, anti-government student movements, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
4. Paramilitary Operations: Equipping, financing, and advising militant factions, insurgents, or sympathetic military leaders to execute regime change.
Yea, the CIA claims they’re no longer into regime change operations so it might just be coincidence that some of the above listed operations have been seen in certain countries recently.
Disclaimer: I think I’m coming down with malaria so don’t take my word for it.
Ironically, this heated "Olodo Uprising" conversation is actually a good sign for Nigeria.
Nigeria is finally having its first endogenous, organically-defined culture war over an issue that is intrinsically important to Nigerian society.
Every other culture war that post-colonial Nigeria has fought until now has been imported Yankee slop, or imported religious slop, or both (LGBTQ, 3rd wave Feminism, "sexual liberation", tithing, NYSC hijab, etc).
A society fighting internal culture wars over its own self-defined issues is a society that is finally obtaining an identity of its own. Long may the war continue, and may the olodos suffer crushing defeat that dooms their uprising to the chapters of a Jude Bela historical documentary released in 2045.
Back in 2022, after my video about my ordeal at the hands of the EFCC went viral, someone in law enforcement called me and said, "This thing you're doing will get you in trouble o. Why not do what every other person is doing? You can make comedy or find a way to entertain people. Must you talk about the government? These people are powerful o."
Nigerians, we need to remind these people that we are powerful. We are running out of time.
Instead of to call out the west for their attack on our food and sensitive our people about the evil agenda at play. We stay quiet and only talk about “corrupt leaders”. The imperialist & Capitalist aren’t done with us. We will suffer! Keep feigning ignorance
Jude Bela's documentary alleges that bicycle man was involved in fuel importation fraud & bribery during GEJ's regime.
These are supposed to be role models and mentors to the Nigerian youth. Low quality elites, criminals who contributed to our mess. "Happiness is free" idiot. 🤡
