Attempting to buy tickets from @axs is a special kind of hell. Can’t imagine another company makes you wait 2 hours in a virtual queue before failing to sell you a product. Why @RedRocksCO continues dealing with them is baffling to me.

@axs I’ve been sitting in a virtual queue for 90 minutes for @nineinchnails tickets. Are you guys literally selling one ticket at a time? Buying with @LiveNation is never this painful. This is worse than having to visit a Ticketmaster outlet in the 90s.
