A heart-stirring sight:
Bibi enters the hall, and the cowards flee. 🤣

Netanyahu looks straight ahead—primarily at the cameras, at the world—and begins his remarks without backing down.
No apologies.
No hanging his head.

He looks straight ahead—at the hall, at the cameras, and above all at the world—and opens with sharp words:

"Before I begin, if there are any more moral cowards here who haven't left the hall, please leave now."

Then he looks back 14 years:

"Fourteen years ago, I stood at this podium and drew a red line: I vowed to prevent Iran’s murderous dictatorship from developing nuclear bombs."

Then comes the sentence that illustrates the magnitude of the decision:

"Destroying Iran’s nuclear facilities was difficult. It was very hard to do.
But for me, it was one of the easiest decisions I ever had to make.
If we hadn't done it—we would all be dead."

And he continues:

"Israel is also defending many of the countries whose representatives walked out of the room." "Leaders thank us for striking Iran’s nuclear program."

Then Netanyahu turns back to October 7:

"On October 7—the darkest day in Israel’s history—thousands of terrorists invaded Israel."

From there, he moves to the war that has been raging for three years:

"Israel’s enemies expected the state to collapse—but that did not happen.
We fought like lions.
For three years now, we have been fighting on seven fronts."

Then comes one of the speech's most powerful lines:

"There is an eighth front in this war.
It is the war for the truth."

The war for public perception.
The war for the narrative.
The war for Israel’s right to tell the world what really happened here.

And Netanyahu does not stop there.

Here—at the speech's dramatic climax—he attacks the tyrant Erdogan for the first time:

"He is a tyrant.
He hosts Hamas’s terror leaders.
He has slaughtered thousands of Kurdish civilians.
He denies the Armenian Genocide; he imprisons journalists and opposition leaders.
In fact, I think he holds the world record in that regard."

And addressing the harsh accusations leveled against Israel, he says:

"Despite the pain, despite the suffering, we do not surrender. Your sacrifice will not be in vain." "We will continue to defend our country."

And this is perhaps the heart of the entire speech:

Israel does not apologize for its very existence.
Israel does not relinquish its right to defend itself.
And Israel does not intend to let others write its story for it.

Then Netanyahu turns his gaze to Jews around the world:

"Hold your heads high. Carry yourselves with pride. Do not be afraid."

Wow.
A masterfully crafted speech.

You might agree.
You might disagree.
You might argue.

But it is hard to remain indifferent to a speech like this.

Netanyahu on the UN stage—facing a cowardly hall,
facing international criticism and the world's cameras—chooses to speak in the clearest voice possible:

Israel will not stay silent.
Israel will not surrender.
And Israel will continue to fight for its truth.

Wow, wow,
quite a speech.
Kudos to the Prime Minister.

And this speech will determine the fate of the government here.
