Day 2 of more lies from @FedEx Tell me this @FedExHelp what is the point of a call center if (a) all they do is lie and (b) the local center tells you they haven't spoken to anyone and that the call center representatives can't do anything nor do they know anything. Meanwhile my expensive package is sitting at someone else's home about to be ruined by rain. But hey, the shipper paid you so why should you care about the end user.
Congrats to whatever neighbor got a free E-Bike today compliments of @FedEx and my wallet. Apparently reading an address label and a GPS is super difficult.
Oh and thanks to @FedExHelp call center for (1) Lying to me and (2) Hang Up on me in the middle of a conversation. Such a professional group!
@Rep_Stansbury I'm sorry but I support building a ballroom at the White House. It's about time some we have proper facility for special events. As one of people, I'm 100% ok with it. I cancel your negative ass opinion out.
I would definitely go in eat and tip according to the service. There tipping is not mandatory. On the other hand, I refuse to dine at restaurants that add mandatory gratuity to the bill. If the owner wants to guarantee their employees make a certain amount then they should pay them better.
@FedEx Also, who in their right mind thought it was good idea to have foreign call center ask your customers to download a 3rd party app in order to receive "compensation". It ask for all your personal data and a copy of your id. Like that doesn't feel like a scam. Bad idea.
Is everyone @FedEx a Liar? You messed up my Delivery on Saturday. 2 reps told me they be delivered Sunday. On Sunday a Resolution Specialist assured me it would arrive today. Now your system says Tuesday. Am I ever going to get my package or will you change the date tomorrow?
@FedEx BTW, the correct response was to have someone local, like the facility manager contact me to resolve the issue not someone in another country. Further more, what should happen is someone load up the packages and deliver then this evening. That's customer service.
@FedEx So you're solution is have yet another CS rep in a call center halfway around the world speak to me only to tell me my packages will come tomorrow. Thats what the person yesterday said. Thats what the ones Saturday said. Useless.
Hey @FedEx how about you just give my packages to @UPS or @USPS. They have no issues getting packages delivered and Customers Service doesn't lie to me. @FedExHelp
@PNWConservative@ewarren Holy shit. My father worked 6-6 5 days a week at a real job. One where a minor mistakes could get you killed. 12 hours everyday doing physical labor and he never broke down crying. This generation is a joke.
