@Budgetdog_ Even if she saves 50% of her salary (unlikely) on $150k+ income that is $75k per year. So let’s say she saved $200k in 2.5 years (unlikely) youre still not getting to $716k net worth off that on appreciation alone unless u are YOLOing into 1 or 2 stocks or something else going on
@00723maui@MySBAPro@realEstateTrent@ThinkAppraiser Umm…there are two Four Seasons in Los Cabo’s and only one in Maui. Plus the Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedegral is probably better than all of them 🤷♂️
@mikepat711 Agreed. It just needs to get better at pot hole avoidance, speed bump awareness (including non-painted) and learn how to do rolling stops thorough stop signs 😂 and it will be flawless for our daily commutes down to Tijuana, Mexico.
@Steinerwoodwork What an idiot. I would never do something that stupid by wasting time driving to a shop to replace the battery. I just call AAA and they come to me 😀
@plasticboss My family will be in Buffalo for a day later this month. What is your recommendation for the best wing place? Stick with the original Anchor Bar or is it overrated?
@DigitalDaisyX If you are going to post someone else’s post word for word instead of reposting I would recommend first correcting the known typos from that post.
@OddStockTrader I’m not referring to short term correction, I’m talking about say a 30-50% type correction similar to something from say the GFC. Obviously no one knows, but just like hearing your perspective as you have a good eye for “crazy” predictions.
@OddStockTrader How is that possible if you are both generally home a good portion of the year? Unless they are traveling say half the year or more seems almost impossible not to bump into them leaving in their car or returning home.
@WorldlyReviewer Sorry I know this is a noob question, but to get that video you have to manually click the camera icon while driving and hit save? Otherwise it just records over the top of it after about an hour of driving?
@DadisFIRE@darrelltalksfi Thanks. I did happen to see that post after I posted mine.
I guess the part that confuses me is how you were able to get approved & buy with no money down at an early age especially with hardly any income. Also, at age 28 w/ $25k salary & $1 million in housing loans is confusing
@DadisFIRE@darrelltalksfi Is there an article on your website that details your income by year and the purchase price & method of your property buys especially when your income was so low? I just want to see the overall math of how you made so much on such low salary. I searched around, but didn’t see it.
