Wind is currently generating only 15% of our electricity needs.
Solar about 2%. For reasons I’ve never been able to fathom it kinda closes down every night 🤔🤣😂
Gas is generating about a third of electricity supply.
We’re having to import another 18% from abroad.
Other than that your observation is spot on.
