@virginmedia How is your customer service so terrible? My package is meant to include Netflix but after months of waiting, numerous phone calls and promises that it will fixed, I still haven’t received my Netflix email. No wonder your reviews on TrustPilot are so terrible!
😂 I’m very familiar with the various ways of contacting Virgin. I’ve spent hours in the phone with many of your support staff who just lie and make empty promises!

@eBay_UK Why do you allow some sellers to operate with a private account when they are clearly running a business? They are avoiding fees and not meeting the requirements of consumer law! I have reported a seller to you but you don’t do anything about it!

@nectar I signed up to the Nectar points promotion that ran over the last few days and shopped a few times at Sainsbury’s but didn’t receive any coupons or bonus points. This included yesterday when everyone who spent £20+ would get a coupon with bonus points?

I’m still waiting to hear from @UPS. They’ve had my parcel over a month and promised to contact me multiple times but I hear nothing! DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’D ADVISE SHIPPING WITH DPD, Yodel etc.

@UPS, you stated I’d receive a phone call within 2 days with an update on my parcel that you’ve had for OVER 1 MONTH but guess what……. I’ve heard nothing! Do UPS ever keep their promises? If anyone’s looking to send a parcel, I’d strongly recommend you choose another courier!
