How many WhatsApp groups run your construction sites?
Most owners I talk to say 10, 20, sometimes more. Decisions get buried. Photos live on someone's personal phone. When a dispute comes up, nobody can find the proof.
I'm building daftar so every site lives in one place: updates, photos, daily reports and decisions, with a record of who did what and when.
I also run Multisyn Tech, where we build custom software for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets.
@JoeyNelson2022 Same day is the whole rule. A two-line note and a photo at 4pm is worth more than a full report written on Friday. Appreciate the back and forth, Joey.
@JoeyNelson2022 That's where the hours disappear. A super wraps up at 5, then spends another hour turning texts and photos into a daily log. Curious how your team handles that at KDK?
@JoeyNelson2022 And the date matters as much as the photo. One taken the day the work was done beats a folder of "after" shots taken the week of handover.
@thelawreporters Useful read. In practice, compensation on termination comes down to proving what work was completed. Contractors with dated site records and signed diaries are in a far stronger position than those relying on memory.
@blesynnenna Notifying immediately is the step that gets skipped most. Not because contractors don't know, but because the delay gets mentioned in a WhatsApp group and nobody turns it into a written notice until weeks later.
@mrfundible The real asset is often the processes in the previous owner's head. If they're not written down before the handover, you're buying revenue without the playbook.
@aryanXmahajan "If AI needs the same explanation every day, you're still its manager" is the line. Shared context matters more than the number of agents.
@FetchPakistan Incredible milestone. The coordination on a project like that, with daily logs, materials and crews across hundreds of floors, is as impressive as the height.
@kavithav_ That's the hard part. Spotting issues is one thing, but closing the loop with a photo, a date and who fixed it is where most sites lose track. Curious what you land on.
