Was the 1989 LA HQ footage shot on film or videotape? If the original master is still in good condition, it could still look fantastic today. Either way, it would almost certainly look better than the official Wembley release

@MJFellowship The fact they recovered Patrick Kelly footage for Thriller 40 gives me hope that Bad Tour masters still exist.
if the Victory Tour footage survived, there’s no way Bad Tour footage gone 😭 .

He mentions "a lot of surprises coming, stay tuned!" Really hoping the team have worked on the entire Bad Tour multitracks and there's a new cut of the concert film.. (Post production originally done at Visions in the Summer of 1988... From the BAD 25 documentary, we know.. at least some of the films are with The Estate).

What better time to release a BAD Tour concert film, next year marking the 40th anniversary of the album.. Michael is at an all time high right now.. I have a feeling we will see some big things happen in the next three years.
